BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1513

DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 6, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Friday, June 6, 2008, marks the 56" Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Norte;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, co hereby declare Friday, June 6, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga cel Norte.
