DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORICING) _ BDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 1, 2008, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac;

WHEREAS, it is Dut fitting and proper tiiai te people of the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac, be given full opportunity to celebrate the ccasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 1, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac.
