Proclamation No. 152

RESERVING FOR MARKET AND PLAZA PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MARCELINO, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendations of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market and plaza purposes, under the administration of the municipality of San Marcelino, Province of Zambales, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, municipality of San Marcelino, Province of Zambales, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-357, to wit:

Lot No. 1 (market site) – Beginning at point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-357, S. 7˚ 40’ E 166.39 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 2, municipality of San Marcelino, thence N. 3˚ 43’ W. 15.24 m. to point 2; S. 86˚ 56’ W. 6.54 m. to point 3; N. 5˚ 08’ W. 23.84 m. to point 4; N. 86˚ 10’ E. 76.98 m. to point 5; S. 3˚ 57’ E. 10.69 m. to point 6; S. 3˚ 15’ E. 32.86 m. to point 7; S. 89˚ 47’ W. 69.76 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.3050 hectare.

No. 1, municipality of San Marcelino, thence S. 86˚ 36’ W. 6.59 m. to point 2; N. 3˚ 32’ W. 15.28 m. to point 3; N. 86˚ 56’ E. 6.54 m. to point 4; S. 3˚ 43’ E. 15.24 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.0100 hectares.
