MARCOS, AND VILLAROSE, MUNICIPALITY OF CAIBARROGUIS, PROVIN.CE OF QUIRINO, ISLAND OF LUZON AS PROVINCIIAL CAPITOL COMPLEX, FOIREST PRODUCTION AREA, QUIRINO INSTITUTIONAL AND TOURISM CENTER, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF QUIRINO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from any sale, lease or any form of disposition or settlement and reserve as PROVINCIAL CAPITOL COMPLEX, FOREST PRODUCTION AREA, QUIRIIN'O INSTITUT,IONAL AND TOURISM CENTJ=R, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES under the admin 'stration of the Provincial Government of Quirino, certain parcels of land of the public domain located in the Barangays of Gundaway, San Marcos and Villarose, Municipality of Cabarroguis, Province of Quirino, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows : LOT 1, CCS-02S702-000377 (ALIENABLE OR DISPOSABLE) A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1, Ccs-025702-000377), as surveyed for the Quirino Municipal Capitol Site, situated at the Barangays · of Gundaway,San Marcos and Villarose , MunicipaHty of Cabarroguis , Province of Quirino, Isl'and of Luzon.
