DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 16, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMPLONA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Monday, June 16, 2008, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do_ hereby declare Monday, June 16, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental.
