MALA8ANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PH ~ LlPPIN5S PROCLAMATION NO.153 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27, 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON­ WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAMBA WHEREAS, April 21, 2011, marks the 10th Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Calamba; WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Calamba to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor of the said City requeste d that Wednesday, April 27, 2011, be declared as a special (non-working) day instead of April 21, 2011, which falls on a Maundy Thursday; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calamba be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Exceillency, BENIGNO S.
