RESERVING AS SITE FOR THE BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION AND MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT OF BROOKE'S POINT, PALAWAN, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN POBLACION {, MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKE'S POINT, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve as sites for the Bureau of Fire Protection and Municipal Trial Court Site purposes, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Poblacion I, Municipality of Brooke's Point, Province of Palawan, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot. 58, CAD-796-D) situated in Poblacion 1, Municipality of Brooke’s Point, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan.

Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 162, Cad-796-D, Brooke’s Point Cadastre; on the S., along line 2-3 by Rizal Street; on the W., along line 3- 4 by Mr. Rodriguez Street; and on the N., along line 4-1 by Lot No. 3361-E, Cad- 796-D, Brooke’s Point Cadastre. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S., 34 deg, 11’W., 337.41 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-796-D, Brooke's Point Cadastre, thence:

S. 02-38'W., 41.35 m. to point 2; N. 88-57'W., 30.35 m. to point 3; N. 02-22'E., 40.11 m. to point 4; N. 88-45'E., 30.59 m. to point of beginning

Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY NINE (1,239) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground by Old P.S. Cyl. Canc. Mons. 15 x 60 cms. Bearing: True. This plan Cad. 796-D was surveyed on November 21- 26, 1983 by Silverio C. Habab, Geodetic Engineer, in accordance with the law

and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, was approved on September 2, 1985.

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition through proclamation.
