Proclamation No. 154

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CARTAGENA, MUNICIPALITY OF PLARIDEL, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MISAMIS, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purpose, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Cartagena, municipality of Plaridel, Province of Occidental Misamis, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-95787, to wit:

Lot No. 2 – Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-95787, S. 11˚ 48’ E. 5,127.89 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Plaridel, thence S. 19˚ 39’ W. 55.57 m. to point 2; S. 89˚ 11’ W. 8.47 m. to point 3; S. 80˚ 30’ W. 31.59 m to point 4; S. 63˚ 38’ W. 58.91 m. to point 5; N. 30˚ 29’ W. 37.83 m. to point 6; N. 34˚ 50’ E. 97.99 m. to point 7; S. 68˚ 33’ E. 79.85 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 8,147 square meters.

Points 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7, P. L. S. concrete monuments; point 3, nail in cross tree.

Bounded on the northeast, and east, by property of Gaudencio Monera et al.; on the southeast, by properties of Gaudencio Monera et al. and Felix Circulado; and on the southwest and northwest, by property of Gaudencio Monera et al.

Bearings true. Declination, 1˚ 32’ E. Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-95787, sheet No. 2.
