BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 154

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 146, DATED APRIL 17, 1957, WHICH RESERVED FOR MARKET PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MATAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, AND RESERVING

THE PARCEL OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN FOR PARK AND HEALTH CENTER SITE PURPOSES

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 146, dated April 17, 1937, which reserved for. market site purposes a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon, Island of Mindanao, and reserve the land embraced therein for park and health center site purposes of Malaybalay, Bukidnon, subject to valid existing rights, if any there be, under the administration of the municipal govern- ment of the said municipality.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and

caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
