BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1543

DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 27, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, Friday, June 27, 2008, marks tie celebration of the 425" Foundation Day anniversary in the Province of Cagayan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cagayan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYG, do hereby declare Friday, June 27, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Cagayan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seai of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed,
