BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1545

DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 4, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ

WHEREAS, Friday, July 4, 2008, marks the 44% Charter Day anniversary of the City of Cadiz;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the pecple of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with eppropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYG, co hereby declare Friday, July 4, 2008, as special (non-working) cay in the City of Cadiz.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
