BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1549

DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 28, 2008 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY GF CABADBARAN, AGUSAN DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Monday, July 28, 2008, marks the 1° anniversary of the City of Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte, as a city;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting anc proper that the people of the City of Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, July 28, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cabadbaran, Agusan de! Norte.

IR WETNESS WHEREOE, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
