Proclamation No. 155

RESERVING FOR LIGHTHOUSE PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAN JUAN AND IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL NEGROS, ISLAND OF NEGROS.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for lighthouse purposes, under the administration of the Insular Collector of Customs, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following described parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of San Juan and in the Poblacion, municipality of San Carlos, Province of Occidental Negros, Island of Negros, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-209 and Ir-210, to wit:

Beginning to a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-209, S. 87˚ 03’ E. 497.78 m. more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 4, San Carlos cadastre, thence N. 87˚ 18’ E. 99.84 m. to point 2; S. 2˚ 38’ E. 99.99 m. to point 3; S. 87˚ 24’ W. 99.69 m. to point 4; N. 2˚ 43’ W. 99.81 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 9,967 square meters.

Point 1, concrete monument marked L. H. A. on top; point 2, concrete monument marked L. H. D. on top; point 3,concrete monmemnt marked L. H. C. on top; point 4, concrete monument, marked L. H. B. on top.

Bounded on all sides by property of Vicente Montano.

Bearings true. Declination, 1˚ 25’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-209.

Surveyed: September 13, 1935.

Approved: March 12, 1936.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-210, S. 53˚ 04’ E. 351.33 m. more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of San Carlos, thence N. 84˚ 19’ E. 11.00 m. to point 2; S. 5˚ 41’ E. 11.00 m. to point 3; S. 84˚ 19’ W. 11.00 m. to point 4; N. 5˚ 41’ W. 11.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 121 square meters.

All points are marked by B. L. cylindrical concrete monuments.

Bounded on all marked by lot No. 2-A-2 of plan Bsd-2202-Amd.

Bearings true. Declination, 0˚ 41’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-210.

NOTE: – This is identical with lot NO. 2-A-1, Bsd-2202 Amd. as surveyed for the same applicant.
