MALACANANG MANILA lit fN +fi PROCLAMATION NID. 122 DECLARING MARCH 25 AND 26, 1993 AS SPECIAL DAYS IN THE CITY OF COTABATO WHEREAS, the votes for six (6) municipalities of Maguindanao Province will be counted and canvassed at the Sheriff Kabunsalan center/Regional Government Center in C:otabato City; in Cotabato city and security in is appropriate to the counting and WHEREAS, a Special Day ensure unhampered attention canvassing of votes; WHEREAS, the Regional Government Center where the canvassing will be held is occupied by several government offices and there is a need to prevent the disruption of the canvassing of votes; NOW, ~~EREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare March 25 and 26, i993 as Special Days in the City ofCotabato.
