DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 14, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATEVE REGION (CAR)
WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 15, 2008, marks the 21° Foundation Day Anniversary of the Cordillera Administrative Region;
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Cordillera Administrative Region celebrate the occasion, CAR-RDC requested that Monday, July 14, 2008 be declared as special (non-working) day in lieu of July 15, 2008;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Cordillera Administrative Region be given-full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceren onies.
NOW, TH'=REFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARRGYO, do hereby declare Monday, July 14, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Cordillera Administrative R-2gion.
