BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1552

DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 14, 2008 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY CF GUIHULNGAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Monday, July 14, 2008, marks the 1° anniversary of the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental, as a city;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremionies

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, co hereby declare Monday, July 14, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Guinulngan, Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
