BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 455

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 23, 2008, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Gingoog;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 23, 2008, as special (non-sorking) day in the City of Gingoog.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I nave hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 17th day of duly, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eight.
