PROCLAMATION NO. 1559

DECLARING FRIDAY, AUGUST 8, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBONG, NUEVA VIZCAYA

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya celebrates the feast of its patron saint, St. Dominic de Guzman on Friday, August 8; 2008;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMI7vA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGSt—-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, August 8, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
