MAt".tilf,PALAOE, BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 156 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED AT BARANGAY PALINPINON, MUNICIPALITY OF VALENCIA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF NEGROS AS AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), l, BENIGNO S. AQUINO lll, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No.7916, as amended, its lmplementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 07-232'(s. 2007) and Resolution No. 10-135 (s.2010), as amended by Resolution No. 10-546 (s.2010), of the Board of Directors of PEZA, a parcel of land located at Barangay Palinpinon, Municipality of Valencia, Province of Negros Oriental as an Agro-lndustrial Economic Zone to be known as Valencia Special Economic Zone, with an area of Forty Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Two (43,252) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: Pcn-07-000342 A parcel of land (Pcn-07-000342, being a consolidation of Lots 4782,4874,4875 and 4876, Valencia CAD (903)), situated in the Barrio of Palinpinon, Municipality of Valencia, Province of Negros Oriental, lsland of Negros.
