BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1569

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT JACINTO EXTENSION CORNER VILLAMOR STREET, DAVAO CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act no. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORTA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Board Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000, as amended by Resolution N. 05-341 dated 29 September 2005, and Resolution No. 08-082 dated 15 February 2008 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, a building known as Luisa Avenue Square as Information Technology Center located at Jacinto Extension corner Villamor Street, Davao City, which stands on a parcel of land of the private domain with an area of Two Thousand (2,000) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 2-D-2, Psd-11-003549, being a portion of Lot 2-D (LRC) Psd-71128, Cad. Rec. No. 6), situated in the Barrio of Central, City of Davao, Island of Mincianao,

Bounded on as follows: on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 2-D-1, of the subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 42, Pcs-2442; along line 4-1 by Lot 2-E, (LRC) Psd- 71128; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 2-F, L.R.C. Psd- 71128 (Existing Road).

Beginning at a point marked *1‘ on plan, being N. 34 deg. 53 W’., 315.38 m. from Mon. No. 18, Davao Townsite.
