BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 157

DECLARING TUESDAY, 21 MARCH 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAPAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 21 March 2017, marks the celebration of the 19" Founding Anniversary of the City of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, MENARDO |. GUEVARRA, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 21 March 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro.
