BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 157

DECLARING MONDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, on 27 February 2023, Monday, the City of General Santos will mark the celebration of its 84° Founding Anniversary and the 34‘ Kalilangan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare

Monday, 27 February 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
