[ Proclamation No. 1582, September 6, 1976 ]

DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1976, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CAVITE CITY.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 7, 1976, marks the 36th foundation anniversary of the City of Cavite; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Cavite City desire to celebrate this milestone in their City’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 7, 1976, as a special public holiday in Cavite City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 6th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.
