Proclamation No. 159

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 97, DATED OCTOBER 11, 1909, AND OPENING TO DISPOSITION, A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS LOT B IN SUBDIVISION PLAN BSD-4509, LOCATED IN THE BARRIO OF INAGAUAN, MUNICIPALITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN.

Pursuant to the provision of section eighty-eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby exclude from the operation of Executive Order Numbered Ninety-seven, dated October eleventh, nineteen hundred and nine, and open to disposition under the provisions of the said Act, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the barrio of Inagauan, municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan, to wit:

Lot B. – A parcel of land (lot B of the subdivision plan Bsd-4509, being a portion of the land described on the original plan II-308, G. L. R. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Inagauan, municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan. Bounded on the northeast, by provincial road and lot A of the subdivision plan; on the southeast, by lot A of the subdivision plan and property of Hom Co.; and on the southwest and northwest, by public land and lot A of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 80˚ 25’ W., 320.07 m. more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 2, municipality of Puerto Princesa; thence S. 15˚ 33’ W., 391.20 m. to point "2;" thence N. 63˚ 45’ W., 478.52 m. to point "3;" thence N. 9˚ 22’ E., 250.01 m. to point "4;" thence S. 80˚ 38’ E., 500.01 m. to point "5;" thence N. 83˚ 50’ W., 135.91 m. to point "6;" thence N. 81˚ 17’ W., 99.98 m. to point "7;" thence S. 8˚ 45’ W., 99.99 m. to point "8;" thence S. 81˚ 16’ E., 100.01 m. to point "9;" thence N. 8˚ 44’ E., 100.01 m. t.o point "10;" thence S. 83˚ 50’ 135.91 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of one hundred forty-four thousand four hundred and seventy-five square meters (144,475), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1," "3," "4," and "5," are marked by old cement posts; point "2," by old bonog stake; and points "6," "7," "8," "9," and "10’" by B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 1˚ 40’ E., date of the original survey, August 28, 1908, and that of the subdivision survey, February 19, 1935.
