DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 8 MARCH 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 8 March 2017, marks the 19" Foundation Anniversary and the 10” Bulawan Festival of the Province of Compostela Valley;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary,

by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Wednesday, 8 March 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Compostela Valley.
