BY THE PRESIDENT. OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1598

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 10, 2008, marks the 8" Foundation Day anniversary of the City of San Jose del Monte with the theme: "SAN JOSENO, SA GITNA NG KRISIS, UMAASENSO”,

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Jose del Monte, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 10, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Jose del Monte, Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
