BY THE PRESIDiNT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 16
DECLAi: ING TUESDAY, JULY 1, 1986, AS "TAGBILARAN CITY DAY." WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 1, 1986, marks the foundation anniversary of the City of fagbilaran; and.
ar WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Tfagbilaran desire to commemorate with fitting ceremonies this mile- stone in their city's history; y. NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of -- - the Philippines, by virtue of the power vested in me by fe
law, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 1, 1986, as “Tagbilaran
City Day." The day however, shall be a regular working and school day.
