BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 160
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON-
- WORKING DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS
WHEREAS, the City of General Santos marks its 63" Foundation Anniversary and Kalilangan Festival on Wednesday, February 27, 2002;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given the fullest opportunity to celebrate the occasion.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 27, 2002, as a special non-working day in the City of General Santos.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
