BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 160

DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 MARCH 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TABACO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY

WHEREAS, Friday, 24 March 2017, marks the celebration of the Foundation Anniversary of the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tabaco,

be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 24 March 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay.
