BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 162

DECLARING FRIDAY, 31 MARCH 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PANABO, DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Friday, 31 March 2017, marks the celebration of the 16" Foundation Anniversary of the City of Panabo, Davao del Norte;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Panabo, Davao del Norte, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 31 March 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Panabo, Davao del Norte.
