BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1627

DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, Friday, September 26, 2008, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, September 26, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran, to be known as “Pueblo Day”.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
