BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1628

DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN _ RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Monday, September 29, 2008, marks the 258" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R,. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, September 29, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan.
