BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 163

DECLARING SATURDAY, 18 MARCH 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, on 18 March 2023, Saturday, the Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of its 122" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 18 March 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.
