BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1631

RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL TOWN HALL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKE’S POINT, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN POBLACION II, MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKE’S POINT, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORTA MACAPAGAL- ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for Municipal Town Hall Site purposes of the Municipality of Brooke’s Point, under the administration of the same, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Poblacion II, Municipality of Brooke’s Point, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan, containing an area of Nine Thousand Seventy Seven (9,077) square meters, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of Jand is more particularly described as follows:

Lot No, 1520, Cad. 796-D

A parcel of land (Lot No. 1520, Cad. 796-D), situated in Poblacion II, Municipality of Brooke’s Point, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan.

Bounded on the South, along line 1-2 by Road; on the West, along line 2- 3 by Tumandao Street; on the North, along line 3-4 by Road; and on the East, along line 4-1 by Villapa Street.

Beginning at a point marked “i” on the plan, being S, 59 deg. 34’ E., 98.51 m. from BLLM No, 1, Cad. 796-D, Brooke’s Point Cadastre, thence:

S. 89 deg. 39’ W.,, 86.81 m. to point 2; N. 00 deg. 18’ W., 106.31 m. to point 3; S. 83 deg. 34’ E., 93.63 m. to point 4; S. 03 deg. 25’ W., 95.45 m. to point of beginning.

Containing an area of Nine Thousand Seventy Seven (9,077) square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 20 x 60 cm. Bearing true.

This plan, Cad. 796-D, Brooke’s Point Cadastre, was surveyed on November 21-26, 1983 by Silverio C. Habab, Geodetic Engineer, in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, and was approved on September 2, 1985.
