AMENDING PROCLAMATION NC, 1916, DATED FEBRUARY 17, 1973, WHICH RESERVED POR MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT CENT2n SITE PURPOSES CEXTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PURTIC QUMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAI JUAN, METROPOLITAN MANILA, ISLAND OF LUZON, BY EXCLUDING FROM ITS OPERATION THE PARCELS OF LAND NOT BEING UPTILIZED FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER SITES PURPOSES BUT ACTUALLY OCCUPIED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES AN DECLARING THE LAND OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER Tis PHOVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment unk Watursl Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORASON C. AQUINO, Président of the rnilippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No, 1716, dated February 19, 1978, which established for municipal govern- meat center site purposes certain parcels of land mentioned therein situated ir the Municipality of San Juan, Metro Manila, by excluding from its operation the parcels ef land hot. bei utilized for government center site purposes but actuaily eseupied for resiaential purposes and declaring the land se excluded, together witn other parcels of land not covered by Proclamation No. 1776 but nevertheless occupied for residential purposes, open to dispesition under the provisions of the Fublic Land ACY, &5 amended, Subject to future survey,which are hereunder particularly described as follows:
