MALACANANG Manila MFtJ BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.164 DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 3, 1993, AS "MUNICIPALITY OF BALANGIGA DAY" IN THE PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR WHEREAS, Saturday, April 3, 1993, marks the Founda- tion Anniversary of the Municipa].ity of Balangiga, EasternSamar; . WHEREAS, the people of Eastern Samar should be given the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriateceremony; NOW, THEREFORE, If FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, April 3, 1993, as "Muni- cipality of Balangiga Day" in thE~ Province of ,Eastern Samar.
