[ Proclamation No. 1645, May 30, 1977 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 20, 1977, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN DAGUPAN CITY.

WHEREAS, Monday, June 20, 1977 marks the 30th anniversary of the charter of Dagupan City;

WHEREAS, the residents of said City desire to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, June 20, 1977, as a special public holiday in Dagupan City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 30th day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-seven.
