BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1646

DECLARING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2008, AS SPECIAL. (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Thursday, November 13, 2008, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pantukan, Province cf Compostela Valley;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, November 13, 2008, as specie’ {:«sn-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Vatizy.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto s-t my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
