PROCLAMATION NO. 1648

DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, Friday, Decernber 5, 2008, marks the 43 Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that tne people of the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, December 5, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija.
