BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 165

RESERVING FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIOCON, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN POBLACION, SIOCON, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, lease or any form of disposition or settlement and reserve for Government Center site purposes of the Municipality of Siocon, subject to final ground survey and private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows to wit:

LOT No. 38, Ts-09-07-00002

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 38, Ts-09-07-00002), situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Siocon, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the N., along lines 7-8-1-2 by Buendia Avenue; on the E., along line 2-3 by Pastor Street; on the S., along lines 3-4-5-6 by Quezon Avenue; and on the W., along line 6-7 by Burgos Street.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 53-53’ W., 333.67 m. from BLLM No. 1, _Pls-542-D, Siocon Public Land subdivision, thence;

N. 51-28’ E., 6.72 m. to point 2; S. 09-30’ E., 89.20 m. to point 3; S. 38-20’ E., 5.35 m. to point 4; S. 79-36' W., 32.65 m. to point 5; S. 69-12’ W., 5.38 m. to point 6; N. 10-33’ W., 88.66 m. to point 7; N. 38-29’ W., 8.04 m. to point 8; N. 77-44’ E., 32.47 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND FIFTY FOUR (4,054) square meters, more or less.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are rnarked on the ground T.S. Cyl.Conc. Mons. 15x60 cms. Bearing true, date of survey,
