BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.165

DECLARING FRIDAY, 31 MARCH 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF HIMAMAYLAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 31 March 2023, Friday, the City of Himamaylan, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary and the Himaya Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Himamaylan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 31 March 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Himamaylan, Province of Negros Occidental.
