PROCLAMATION NO. 1650

DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2008. AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 21, 2008, marks the 55 Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Piqcawayan, Province of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato, be given full cpportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, October 21, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
