BY THE PRESIDENT Of THE PHILIPPINES ‘ PROCLAMATION NO. 166

DECLARING 4S DIPOLOG CITY GOVERNMENT CENTER CIVIL RESERVATION CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN DIPOLOG CITY.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in mé by law, I, CORAZOK C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from ssle and séttlenent and reserve for city government center site purposes under tne administration and management of the City Government of Dipolog, subject to. private rishts, if there be any, and to future subdivision survey, certain parcels of land oi the public domain situated in Dipolog City, more perti- cularly described as follows:

"A PARCEL OF LAND (portions of Lot 3150 and 1040, Cad. 85 Ext. Dipoloe Cadastre), situa- ted in the Harrio of Sta. Filomene,. City of Dipolog,; dounded on the north by Lot Nos. 1Lo0ce, S17, 755 and 734, Cad. @5 Ext.; on the east by remaining portions of subject lots; on the south by Lot No. $515, Cad. 85, Ext.; end on the west by national highway. Beginning at « points marked "1" on Bureau of Forest Development Map No. CRe249 hereto attached as integral pars, being W\ 71” 54'W, 468.02 meters from 33M Ko. 5, Gad. 85, Divolog Cadastre;

beginning, containing an area of one hundred eighteen thousand three hundred twenty (118,320) square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and

are marked on the ground accordingly.

Yhere ave excluded from the operation of this Procla- wetion a stvip of 15 meters in width from the highest bank on exch side of any siream for stream bank protection.

A developnent plen of the reservation shall be submit-— ted to the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources ~ within one (1) year fro=z the issuance of this proclamation.

In the event that this reservation is not developed or used within five (5) years hence, the area covered thereby shall be reverted automatically to the mass of forestlands.
