DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, Friday, September 3, 1999, marks the 31st Charter Foundation Anniversary of the City of Iriga;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Iriga should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book 1, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, September 3, 1999, as a special day in the City of Iriga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 26th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety nine.
