BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 166

DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 MARCH 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAVAO

WHEREAS, on Friday, 17 March 2017, the City of Davao marks the celebration of its “80"" Araw ng Dabaw’;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Davao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 17 March 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Davao.
