BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1663

DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2008 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TAGUIG

WHEREAS, Monday, December 8, 2008, marks the celebration of the “Taguig Cityhood Day”; ,

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Taguig, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, December 8, 2008 as special (non-working) day in the City of Taguig.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
