BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1672

DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2002, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 2, 2008, marks the 145'" Foundation Day anniversary of Pasay City;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 2, 2008, as special (non-working) day in Pasay City.
