AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 27, DATED SEPTEMBER 4, 1986 AND PROCLAMATION NO. 289, DATED .ruLY 18, 1988 TO CHANGE THE "ALAY-LAKAD PARA SA KABATAAN :JAY" TO "ALAY-LAKAD AT TAKBO PARA SA KABATAAN DAY" WHEREAS, it should be recognized that the noble project "Alay-Lakad", which has become a national i\stitution, should be expanded so as to involve jogging and running enthusiasts among thepopulace. NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. &()S, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of t.he powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 27, s. of 1986 and Proclamation No. ,289, s. of 1988 to change the "Al<ly-Lakad Para Sa Kabataan Day" to "Alay-Lakad At Takbo Para Sa Kabataan Day" to be held on the first Sunday of September of Every Year. 21th in DONE in the City of Manila, this day ofyear of Our Lord, Nineten Hundred and Ninety-Three.
