BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 168

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 22 MARCH 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 22 March 2017 marks the celebration of the 19" Charter Day of the City of Malaybalay, Bukidnon;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Malaybalay, Bukidnon, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 22 March 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Malaybalay.
