PROCLAMATION NO. 168

DECLARING SUNDAY, 26 FEBRUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, on 26 February 2023, Sunday, the City of Zamboanga will mark the celebration of its 86 Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Zamboanga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Sunday, 26 February 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Zamboanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOPF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
